Girrbach Süßwarendekor GmbH places great importance on responsible, lawful and fair conduct throughout the entire value chain.
In order to identify potential risks at an early stage and address any concerns appropriately, we provide a whistleblowing system. This system enables employees as well as external parties to confidentially report indications of possible misconduct or irregularities.
What can be reported?
The whistleblowing system may be used to submit information regarding potential violations or irregularities, in particular relating to:

Reports may be submitted anonymously if desired. All reports are processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements, in particular the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – LkSG), as well as relevant compliance and data protection regulations.
