This means that using selected, safe and high-quality raw materials is a matter of course for us.
Working with awareness and continuously improving our products and services are, out of conviction, a sweet duty that we gladly embrace.
From the receipt of raw materials to the finished product, we ensure the highest standards through rigorous controls and our in-house quality management system based on the HACCP concept.
In addition to the IFS standard, our own high quality standards form the foundation of all our work.
We are aware of our responsibility towards both people and the environment.
As a RAC and Fairtrade certified company, we actively support the sustainable cultivation of cocoa and use only raw materials that are at least RAC certified in all cocoa-based products.
Palm oil is used only when explicitly requested by the customer; in such cases, we insist on sourcing exclusively RSPO SG certified products.
Certification according to the EU Organic Standard further strengthens this commitment and reflects our high expectations regarding the sustainability of our work.
